Movie review: Sisterhood of the traveling pants
Just saw this with my daughter. A film tailor made for moms and their girls. The film follows the adventures of four sixteen year old girls over one summer. Each girl faces her own set of challenges. Generally when I take my daughter to these films, I don't expect much- it's typically been a flimsy vehicle for the Disney star du jour (Hillary Duff, Lindsay Lohan take your pick of the cookie cutter teen princesses) This film was different. The actresses were extremely talented and the story line actually had depth!
I would highly recommend this film for moms and their daughters, its a great film about growing up actually done with some sensitivity and depth. I must warn you to bring your kleenex as well.
